We love welcoming families to our theatres and museum. Whether you’re joining us for a first theatre trip, a fun day out, or a special treat together, we want your visit to feel relaxed, enjoyable, and easy from the moment you arrive.
Below you’ll find helpful information to support your visit, including guidance on tickets, seating, and what to expect when you arrive.
Child tickets
All children, regardless of age, must have a ticket.
A limited number of free tickets for children aged 12 months and under (who are sharing a seat with their carer) are available for some family friendly events. These tickets will need to be booked over the phone or in person at the box office.

Family tickets
Family tickets are available on some events. Unless specified otherwise, a family ticket consists of 2 adults and 2 child tickets.

Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.

Baby changing facilities
Baby changing facilities are located in our accessible toilets.
Breast feeding
Mothers are welcome to breastfeed anywhere within our venues.
Booster Seats
A small number of booster seats are available at the venue on a first‑come, first‑served basis. These cannot be pre‑booked.
